No I do not. Any commissioned or auctioned design you purchase from me has the option of being one-of-a-kind (OOAK). You are welcome to offer a use to me, or I may ask you for one, but I do not automatically reserve a use for myself.

• When you buy a design from me, you are paying for a single pet. You may, if you choose to, gift unlimited uses of this design to other people (or yourself) for free.

• You may NOT sell PSD uses for GP or USD unless you purchase the Sales Rights for $20. Silver species commissions automatically come with Sales Rights included.

• You may charge GP for people to breed with your pet, only if the offspring results in a new or edited pet. This is to prevent the loophole of someone uploading two identical designs and breeding identical pets for profit, which would fall under the category of selling PSD uses.

• You may create a species from your pet, but may not charge GP for PSD uses without first buying Sales Rights for $20.

• Basically, if you want to charge GP or USD for people to have a copy of your pet, you must buy the Sales Rights.

• Trading PSD uses (for art, items, pets, etc) is not considered a sale / profit.

• You may sell the pet, PSD rights, and/or Sales Rights for no more than the original purchase price.

• These rules do not apply to any site-owned pets such as: RCCs, Jeweled Crystals, Event Exotics, etc. These rules apply to all commissions from 2018 onward. Older commissions stand by older rules.

• You may sell uses of the PSD for GP and USD.

• No limitations on the types of breedings you are allowed to charge GP for.

• You may color and edit premades of the PSD and sell them for GP and USD.

There are two kinds of commissioners: People who want to make a profit from designs, and people who simply want a custom pet for themselves. When I make a pet design for someone, I get paid for that one design. If the commissioner wishes to replicate that design over and over and charge for it, they are profiting from many more uses of a pet they only paid once for. I ask a $20 Sales Rights fee to cover those extra uses of the design for profit.

​Someone who only wants one use of a pet and does not wish to profit from it, will only need to pay the base commission price. They may buy the Sales Rights later at any time if they choose to.
